An excellent book for those who have terminal breast cancer or have lost loved ones to breast cancer is “Living Consciously, Dying Gracefully: A Journey with Cancer and Beyond” written by Nancy Manahan and Becky Bohan. This book is very unique in that it discussed Diane Manahan’s preparation for her own death and plans for after her death at length. From the washing of her body by her family following her death, to her life celebration, Diane took an active part in her journey through death. Accounts from friends and family after her death are a comfort for those who have lost a loved one. There website is www.nanbec.com.
